Agent Minefield

Hi there all............ I am just about to start the process of having my skills assessed by TRA. As i will be having may skills assessed based on my on the job training as an electro-plater first class i am unsure of the outcome of the assessment, and have therefor pretty much decided to use an agent. Can anyone recommend an agent please.......

We used The Visa Bureau, very helpful, very thorough. Made sure I got the right 136 VISA and assessments. It wasn't through the TRA so I can't give any advice there, sorry!

Hiya

Just got TRA back this week and this was based on in house training as well so it can be done - just have to make sure you include as much detail as you can. I use Thinking Australia and they have been great but i know there is a new post somewhere on here about agents so there are loads to choose from.

If you need any advice as to what to include in your application - just ask - happy to help.

we used the visa bureau as well, who were excellent. i think i'm right in saying they cannot take on an application unless they genuinly believe it will succeed.

best of luck.

Visa-Go Emigration or Ian Harrop & Associates - both agents are MARA and MIA registered and both have excellent reputations.

We used Concept Australia, had a few problems with references at the beginning,(Our main application went in in Sept) :) my nephew (who is now in Perth)and brother in law (who has had meds requested) :) also used them. I think my nephew must be on commision as he reconmended them. They also will not take on your case unless they are sure you will get through the TRA and visa application. :)
Hope this helps

Jackie
