Hope someone can help us?

We have just sent our assessments off to an agency. Does anyone know roughly how long it will take to get a visa?

Hi there,

Thanks for replying. We sent an e-mail to the agency on the 4th of Feb, so no reply. So I phoned them yesterday and they advised us that they hadn't received our assessment, although we told them out bank details. So we checked if the monty had been taken out of the account and no it hadn't, so sent them another one last night. So hopefully they have got it now. So just wondered how long it takes for them to process the visa and what happens next? The agency advised that we will probably be going on a Skills based visa.

I keep seeing the word assessment so you're confusing me. First you have to have your skills assessed. When that comes back you need to fill out a whole bunch of forms (probably the 47SK) and send in you visa application.

Not really sure where you are in the process since you talk about sending in the assessment but then state you're waiting for the visa????

You won't get many answers until you can give a definitive answer.
