Age at time of application
I am 30 in October 2004. I have 120 points in the points test so will lose 5 on my birthday. You get 30 points if you are 18 - 29 at time of application, but what does this mean? Is this when the application is posted, received or processed. Thanks to anyone who can clarify this.
