Hi moving to redcliffe deception bay area in about 6 mths anybody know if there is much free style aerobics and step in that area or is it all the Les Mills body stuff like body pump, body jam etc

i reckon you can pay casual at places like beachhouse, and i know you defo can at healthworks, prob is it works out more so check (think i paid something like 10-15 dollars at least per visit when i did it casual for a couple weeks at healthworks) - might be easier to get membership, most will do it for no joining fee

REDCLIFFE - nice place. google gyms for their and should come up with some contacts you can check, sorry was only there few weeks so dont know them personally
