Default Advice for Teaching applicants to NOOSR

Hi all,

Just thought I'd share a useful bit of information with you that may speed up people's NOOSR skills assessment applications for teaching occupations.

Our application to NOOSR was delayed because they wrote back asking us to supply proof from the General Teaching Council for England and Wales that my wife was currently qualified to teach in England and Wales.

We original sent a letter from the DfEE with my wife's teacher number etc on, but they obviously need this new letter from the GTC also. To get hold of it you need to write to the GTC office in Birmingham.

Hope this helps anyone that is about to apply to NOOSR.

Good luck,

Steve
