Advice required for Form 1022

Advice required for Form 1022
Hi,
I was granted visa recently.I indicated end of my job to DIMIA on Form 1022 when my case was being processed .I didnt get new employment at that time,so didnt write any new employer's name.
I have a job now.I am bit confued now how to inform details of my new employer to DIMIA.Should I again use Form 1022? Form 1022 also demands "no longer current details" which i have already indicated in form 1022 earlier.I just want to mention new employer.I hope my problem is clear to u guys.
Secondly,What should i write in the "Stay" field in Form 1022(Page 2).
I have to fill out this section because i have been granted visa.

Once your visa has been granted they do not need to know any changes to your job details. What visa was it.
