Advice please!
Someone metioned, or i have read it somewhere, that there is a firm of housebuilders in Perth that help people who havent got alot of money to buy there first house. You buy the land & then they build the house for you, you do not need a deposit or have to pay any fees, you just live in the house and pay a certain amount of money monthly !! ( like renting, but you actually are paying off a mortgage )

I think that Podgypossum might have put up a thread about house builders and this type of thing... will have a look over the weekend for you, but am feeling slightly sozzled right now!

yeah i know how you feel !! am just drinking the last of my bottle of Australian wine !! (first flight from somerfields ) not a bad bit of plonk for the price !!
