Advice needed re commute to Prospect, West Sydney
Looking for a little guidance to viable areas to live, that are a sensible commute to Prospect / Eastern Creek in the western suburbs of Sydney.
Area criterias:-
Family orientated
Good local state High school
No more than 45 minute drive
Housing around 750,000 for 3 bed detached

Agree with Gibbo here in that the Hills District is your best bet, though you could also consider the Parramatta region. I'd go for Baulkham Hills or Castle Hill for your money and criteria, though. Nice suburbs with good schools and mainly families. Great shopping too. Happy hunting!
