Advice needed Please
Hi to you all
I have posted this in the Immigration Forum also but maybe someone in here can advise me Please.
I have been reading through some threads tonight and have a question.
If you have a 16 year old that is currently employed on a Modern Apprenticeship scheme. Block release to college. Will he be able to be included in our 139 Spon Des Visa. We hope to lodge App in Aug. He will be 17 late Aug.
I have read tonight that children are classed as dependent until the age of 18 unless they are working. I thought it was 18 regardless.
