advice needed on construction work in sydney

Hi all, I have had my visa accepted , now i need to find possible construction companies to apply to for a job.

What kind of visa? temporary, permanent, WHV? And when are you arriving? Most (though not all) companies like people to be onshore first.

Are you a tradie? You'll need a whole bunch of local certification if you are, and that can take some time. I agree with Polly, most companies are going to prefer people who are onshore already.
