Advice on areas please
 

We are considering a move to Australia but are a little undecided on the best area.

Myself and my husband are both early 30's, we have 3 young children (7, 5 & 3 yrs) We are wanting somewhere nearish to the sea, not rural but not city life either:p, near to nice shopping areas, great area for children and of course good schools. My husband is a surveyor.

I have family in Brisbane so that appeals but could someone tell me more about the heat/humidity in Brisbane and also in Adelaide, Perth and Darwin?

We are planning a trip over next year so just deep in thought at the moment;)
