We are planning on relocating to Australia in January 2012 and would be grateful for any information. We have looked at Woodvale, Kingsley, Joondalup, Craigie and Marangaroo, any help on best suburb would be very helpful. We have 2 children aged 9 and 11 so information on Schools and leisure activities would also be great.

I would steer clear of Marangaroo. What are you looking for in a suburb and why are you focussing on those ones you listed?

How much do you have to buy or rent a property? Biggest consideration in your situation, imho, would be housing, schooling and access to employment.
That said, bottom line is your budget and where you can afford to reside

We know a friend who based himself in Kingsley and he said it was a nice area, however he was only there for a short period of time so we thought we should ask for advice.
We have 2 children so need to be where there are primary and high schools, also somewhere with local after school activities and shopping centres.
