Could anyone give me some advice on the best way to get into Oz? Im currently a housewife with a 8 month old child, and my partner has a small advertising business. He has booked into a training collage to do a 4 day tiling course, in the hope of setting up self employed for experience, as we were told that the 1st thing to do was for my partner to get a trade Ive got a job in the pipeline working in a childrens home, Would these jobs be beneficial to Australian employers? Any advice greatly appreciated..

Start here - www.immi.gov.au
There is a visa wizard to help you to work out which visas you are eligible for.

Just remember that with all jobs you'll need at least 12 months work experience and the occupation needs to be on the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) available on the immi website. I'd say contact an agent for a free assessment. We used www.migratemates.com.au and they have been fabulous!
