ADR jobs in Australia

Hi,
We are thinking about moving to Australia, Brisbane area, just wondering if anyone has any advice regarding HGV ADR jobs and what sort of salary can be expected in that area.
Thanks.

Hello and welcome.

I can't comment on Brisbane, but here in the west I work for probably the largest independant haulier if DGs over here.
All I can tell you is they are always looking for good, reliable drivers!
I'm pretty sure you'll have to tests again though to get HGV1 and a DG licence.
Also many of them do VERY long distances.
I would suspect with the mining in Qld it would be the same (we actually have some operations over in Qld).
