Coming over to adelaide next month what is the dont miss things to see in and around adelaide?

if you go to our forum at Adelaide brits..theres a section there about some good places to visit.
i will also add that a trip to Central market, Glenelg, Cleland wildlife park and a trip out on a catamaran from Glenelg marina to swim with the dolphins is a real must do.
