Heh heh.

The best way to get a decent-sized picture in a small enough file is to convert it from a bitmap (.bmp) to a jpeg (.jpg) file. You can do this using Microsoft Paint if you have Windows 2000 or later by opening the original full size picture as a bitmap, then clicking File, Save As and choose .jpg as the file extension. Hope this helps.
