Adelaide Question

Hi all,

It now looks as though we are heading in the direction of Adelaide instead of Brisbane! Please can you tell me what the best areas to live in are , we wantto be near a good beach and near good schools both state and private. Also, what are house prices like there and cars? Any pointers welcome!
