got my regional sponsorship 475 visa granted today for SA, it is all very real now. Moving out at the start of 2010 to adelaide with wife, 5 year old and 2 year old. Can somebody point me in the direction of local help !!!!

What sort of help are you looking for? www.adelaidebound.com is a great site for info or www.pomsinadelaide.com as its specific to Adelaide. Think you will need to ask more direct questions as to what help you need.

Good luck with everything hopefully we'll be heading over early 2010 aswell.

It started out as a general forum but evolved into more or less "we are going to Adelaide"

Look for posts from a guy with the handle "Adelaide" he is already there and anwered a lot of questions about schools, suburbs, cost of living etc

Well done, now to choose, many mnay options for Adelaide, you can choose many suburbs and areas and you will do well in most, make sure you ask a local when you pin one down, there are some that are not as young family friendly as others. I live at Flagstaff Hill, wife and 2 kids now 16 n 13, grown up here and lookig to seel and build our 2nd house here in the next 6 to 12 months. Good schooling, very green (Sound like the Mayor !!!) and easy to live. Good luck with your move, ask me questions anytime. :thumbsup:
