Additional costs for building
Hi,
We are considering the buy/build options in SW WA. Has anyone got a spreadsheet or list from when they built that they wouldn't mind sharing?
We know we will miss something important if we try to budget for everything
e.g.
carpets
extra powerpoints
paint
etc etc etc.

ps we are looking at the Amari house built by New Generations. Any comments? It costs 196k - has anyone spent this kind of dosh? Did you end spending the estimated 40k?
