Hi,

A friend of mine in Brisbane is a skilled cnc machinist which is on the modl.
He's getting $20.00 a hour.Casual you can expect 20% more.
Overtime at time and half($30.00 per hour)
He thinks the pay is crap as a secretary can earn more but he now has no mortgage.

Psen (pysch State enrolled nurses) Psen 2/3 is the level at which my wife works, and pays 26 dollars (casual rate) per hour, Thats base rate without penalty. via swingshift agency Fitzroy, when she does extra shifts, above her 3 nights at the Royal Melbourne, the rate at the royal Melbourne is 22 dollars per hour, without penalties. (thats not SRN's)

4th year and beyond "fulltime" Postal workers, get base 34,000 per year, plus 15 pct penalty, (every single dayshift postal worker), plus mandatory overtime at 50 pct, which taking xmas into consideration would equate to at least 3 hours per week.

Night shift Postal workers, which make up approx 50 pct of the Postal work force, get 30 pct (every single one of them) on top of that figure, Without mandatory overtime and Sundays at 100 pct extra being taken into account.

Like the pattern of begining every word in caps

As a "skilled" worker (beauty therapist, electrologist, masseuse etc) the award rate is $14.87 per hour . I get super and four weeks holiday a year. When i've earn 3 times my wages i get a bonus of 10% for everything over that i earn.

I would be financially far better off working in a factory in Dandy, however i would be shit bored and would get the sack in a week

What exactly has poolman done to be so offensive from the start of the thread?

Your attitude is just plain old childish.
