Accountant on Mornington Penisula

Accountant on Mornington Penisula
I have so many questions, for example;
I understand that I will be paying tax on the rental income from a property in England but how much? And if I sell the property in the future, how is that taxed?
If there is no inheritance tax, is there an alternative tax on money left to you by English relatives?
Can you keep your English Premium Bonds, and if you win money, is that taxed in Australia?
We have two civil service pensions, how do we bring them over?
Do some accountants specialise on international issues, and can someone recommend a good one on the Mornington Penisula?
I have read the Aus Gov websites etc, but I am honestly finding this all a bit much, and would love to be able to get an idiots guide.
