Accepted offer on our house today!!!!!!
Well the peeps that came around last night with their parents love the house and want it.
They have put in an offer of the FULL asking price Yeah....
We are so happy at the mo will be celecrating tonight.
Good luck to all those still waiting for those buyers they are out there, just wait for it....

Thanks guys. Thye have actually sold their house too so shouldn't be any probs .... hopefully
Just lookin at flights and thinking about when to ahnd in notice etc etc
Haven't got visa yet though so thats slight hiccup. DIMIA have had app for 4weeks now and meds been there for a week sent them unrequested.
So just waiting, but happy

Just stay realistic, there are a lot of uncompleted sales around at the moment due to chains and wobbly buyers and the turning sentiment about the wisdom of buying at silly prices.
