accepted an offer on house

as it says after nearly 12months we had a firm offer....who knows we could be there soon...

ok 5k short but hey ho....feel abit sad to see 1st house go...bit strange really...

Great news,we accepted an offer on ours recently and now we're trying to tie them down to an entry date!
