Accepted offer on house!

Accepted offer on house!
I'm soooo excited, we accepted an offer on the house this morning, it's only been on the market for 3 days so I'm absolutely shocked they're first time buyers too which is a bit of a bonus! Starting to cack it a bit now though as we could be out in Melbourne early Aug rather than Sept as planned, feels like my heads in bits with that many things to think about. :scared:
Anyway good luck to those with houses still on the market and hope you get your buyers soon!

Have a look at my thread i started one titled exactly the same 7 minutes after yours and as i,m a slow typer we were probebly typing at the same time
