Accepted another offer!!
Hi allHad to spill the beans to someone, so it's you guys, we have just accepted another offer on our house (thank the lord, hallelujah!!! hold on, come back down!) we've had a previous experience of this 4 days before we were due to exchange contracts back in August and it all fell through, so although we're keeping our fingers crossed, we're trying not to get too excited, and have only told our parents. The difference this time is that we also have our visas!!!!!! so we're aiming for beginning of January 2005, is anyone else heading for Perth, South of the river at the same time?

Hi,thats great news about the offer on your house
Hope it all goes to plan, we,ve had lots of house selling probs too.We too are hoping to leave begining of January(visa permitting!)but only going to Perth for a week then heading to settle in Brissy.

Ooh, good luck. Fingers crossed it all goes well this time. We are heading to Perth 6th Jan but are staying in Connolly- for the first 3 weeks anyway while we have a look around.
