about raising the pass mark to 120
dear friends,
I also read the media release stating that pass points to be raised to 120. but I understood that this will be valid for applications after April 2005!
"To protect international students currently completing their studies in Australia the new passmark will not apply to those who apply before April 2005."
what I understand from this is it is not for only the international students currently completing their studies in Australia but everyone.
am I right? maybe my english is not enough!

Otherwise Alan would have made that clear, and people wouldn't have to worry about applications that have already been sent in.
But obviously, they do have to worry, because it isn't sure that already admitted applications will be assessed for 115 or 120.
