Absolutely gutted for you.
Things may happen for a reason, the agents may value it higher, and you may get an offer above the asking price, by a cash buyer, who wants completion within 4 weeks. (one of those buyers we all look for).

We had same situ, well sorta, 2 fat wan*y yanks made offer, strung us along for 5 f***ing months !!
Like proverbial tits, we trusted all was well, even deposited on a house, here, pending finances coming good from uk house sale ...
The 2 fat Jonathon King fat Wan*y donut eatin bible bashin mormonic twats pulled out !!!!!
We lost circa 10k aussie !!!!
Hope all goes well, and you have a great trip to Turkey.

I'm so sorry, this is really shit !!
It happened to us, friends were buying our house and letting us stay until we left, two month's down the line they had a huge problem come up and had to pull out, so I know exactly how you are feeling.
We put the house on the market and it sold for the asking price and a tiny bit extra !! Sold within 8 days too !
So chin up mate, things happen for a reason, I know you are feeling like shit right now and will do for a while but it WILL work out ok.
