AARRGGHH House sale down loo!
Well, I thought we had it air tight but our buyers have pulled out!
So annoyed right now!

Steve's boss was gonna buy the house & let us stay in it until we went to Austalia rent free but his wife has been to talk to steve about 30 mins ago to steve to say that they have been to the accountant and they have to pay stamp duty on their other properties ( lots of) and so cannot afford to buy our but maybe able to re-evaluate in the new year.
So, unless we can get a buyer to buy the house within the next 3/4 minths we can kiss Feb 06 goodbye as our moving to Aus date
Its really crappy as its gonna affect the business & everything as well as Steve's work, etc, etc
Plus we are going to have to decorate now & get it valued properly & on the market... shit shit shit
