7 Eleven - Like the USA?
Just noticed you have 7 Eleven stores in Oz!!
Do they stock similar things to the USA stores? I noticed they have Slurpees (YES!!!) but is there anything else from the USA they stock or is it all local Oz items?

Re: 7 Eleven - Like the USA?
The first 7-Eleven in Australia opened on August 24, 1977 in the Melbourne suburb of Oakleigh. There are currently 363 stores in the states of Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland; the majority of stores are in metropolitan areas, particularly in CBD areas. Stores in suburban areas often operate as petrol stations. Stores are owned and operated as franchises, with a central administration.
Almost all stores in Australia sell Slurpee's in 4 sizes - Small, Medium and Large which are served in different coloured paper cups and Jumbo which is served in a clear plastic cup with a dome lid. All stores which sell Slurpee's will have at least 1 machine which will dispense 4 flavours - whilst some CBD stores will have as many as 3 machines (eg. Swanston St, Melbourne). Slurpees are particularly famous with young people - they can frequently be seen in and near 7 Eleven stores drinking Slurpees, and sometimes on streets and in trams drinking them.
7 Eleven stores also sell a wide range of gift cards including at least 3 different types of Prepaid VISA cards, usually the most popular daily newspapers, confectionary, snack food and other products. They also sell already prepared food such as sausage roll's, hot dogs etc.
Most 7 Eleven stores have partnered with BankWest and have BankWest ATM's, even though there are no 7 Eleven stores in WA (BankWest's main state of operation).
On November 7, a free Slurpee is given to any customer that says Happy 7-Eleven Day to the person behind the counter between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. It is unofficially known as '7 Eleven Day (7-11)'.
In August 2008 The Age newspaper reported that 7-Eleven was suspected of severely underpaying their staff. Fast food and retail workers' union UNITE has claimed that some 7-Eleven workers are paid as little as $9 per hour. Currently the Workplace Ombudsman is investigating the employment practices of 7-Eleven.
