6 month job search visa in NZ
Has anybody been issued with a 6 month job search visa recently?
what are the chances of finding work in nz in 6 months? (i work in accounts and am 28 with a degree)
What is the best way to go about securing a job offer over there?

You need to figure out a good plan of action, though. Maybe work with one or more agencies and try to draw up a list of companies you could contact yourself.

I don't know about the chances, Richard. However, would you really want to stay if you couldn't find work within 6 months? If not, then 6 months seems adequate to me.

Just like tony said, would you want to stay somewhere that you are unable to find employment in 6 months, bear in mind you will be 24/7 actively looking for a job not tyring to find one after a days work. Going on ststistics ost skills in nz are sort after.
