4wks on house market & SOLD!!
Hi Guys,
We put our house up for sale four weeks ago today,only had four viewings,three out of the four couples were very interested. Tonight we accepted an offer for our full asking price & they want everything left in the house!Cant believe it!too good to be true? We are both excited & sh!t scared :eek: (dont have our visas yet :( ) Hope all goes smoothly,not in a chain,everything seems pretty straight forward. Dimia please,please,please send our visas asap?! ;) :D Donna. |

Oh yes thank god -no car boot sale(sigh of relief!) Over done the vino at the weekend,so will give it a miss till Fri :p Hangover should have cleared by then! :D Donna. |

Nice one where are you fron and where are you going. Poole.Dorset in a bloody expensive place to live so we hope we get our sale to it will give us lots to play with in NZ.. Good luck

i know how you feel, we sold after 4 days! :scared: and we didn't have our visas at the time either!!! scary at the time, but glad it payed off for us. Didn't manage to get them to have all our stuff aswell tho', so WELL DONE!!!!! Best wishes for the rest of your journey, ;) |
