457visa& pr help!!!!!!
 

hi all,

Having read Sarahs thread about the 457ie visa i was worried to see that PR on that visa is hard to get. Can anyone tell me why??

We are due to go out to Brisbane on this visa and i am wondering if we will be back on a plane in 4 years time with no house etc to come back to.
How many Aussies do we have to employ??

Has anyone else got PR through this visa and was it difficult to get even if the business you took over was doing well??

ANY input on ths wold be really helpful!!!

I believe that even if you don't meet the requirements within 4 years, you can get a 2 year extension to the 457ie. So you can actually get up to 6 years to meet the PR requirements.
