457 visa sponsor change

457 visa sponsor change
Hi:
I have a 457 visa valid for another 4 months. I have just got a permanent offer from a company. I realize that to change my sponsor i would have to put in form 1068,1067 on behalf of the company if they are not already PQBS. My question is i do not need to submit a new 1066 for the sponsorship change but would it be a better idea to apply for a full 4 year term now since my visa is expiring very soon? If i just submit the 1067,1068 now and get the sponsor approval along with the letter for change of sponsor then it would be quicker than putting in 1066 the first time but when my 457 expires i would have to do the whole process again. Is it not ? I mean i have to do the 1068,1067 visa again for another 4 years ? right?
