Hi

I have seen many posts regarding this but just wondered....

hy hubby and i came here on a student visa....he then managed to get a 457 visa with his new employer and i remaind on the student visa....his employers agent advised that if he waits 2 years with his employer he can go for pr without skills assessment.......i am thinking of going on to his visa but i am not sure what the process is when he goes for pr and when he can and what we would need to do....

can anyone give some advice.
