457 visa. Any success stories.

Has anyone with a 457 visa in the Sydney area, managed to obtain a residency via buying a business and employing three Australians etc.

All i would say is the majority of 457 ie's have yet to be processed, DIMIA falling short big style. Presently taken 4 months 3 weeks to tell me nothing, not bad for a 3 week visa eh.
