457 visa...
 

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone knew if Queensland Health were supporting 457 visas? I've seen a few jobs lately I could apply for (I'm in the UK); but don't want to start the processes needed if no chance of getting a 457. I have emailed them direct but no response as yet.

I raise the query as I know QH had recently gotten rid of a lot of nursing posts....

Not seen any evidence of it since campbell's axe fell, I'm afraid.
You might be able to get sponsored by the individual hospitals though, its worth contacting them direct, especially if you work in a specialist area.
