457 to ENS PR - anyone done this recently?
Woohoo - my employer has agreed to sponsor my PR. Currently on a 457 in Sydney.
Has anyone had one processed recently, and how long did it take from time of submission, assuming we can attend medical checks etc right away?

9 months including skills assessment time.
