4 Months Check in
Well guys I have been here on the gold coast for 4 months now, and although we have had a few problems, nothing major. We are both enjoying the lifestyle this country brings.
We are never home, we are always out doing something, which is great. If you are willing to go out there and find new friends and join in with the fun, it is great place to live, but you have to be prepare to make changes.
We have now brought a house, which is completley different to the UK, 4 weeks from the offer and we were in and living there, it's great.
The only thing that is pretty poor is the TV, but who cares we are never in to worry about it :-).
Spiders and insects take a bit of getting used to, still not used to those huntman spiders, and nearly everynight our dog always finds one, :scared:
Miss home at christmas time and new year, christmas is not the same in the heat, but we had a good time.
But this place feels like home from home.
