3m Croc sighted at Coral Bay!

OMFG! :ohmy::ohmy:

I can deal with sharks - we are not their normal prey, attacks are rare and they have plenty of natural food. But saltwater crocs on the other hand, they are plain EVIL.

Guess where we are going in a few days?

Maybe we should all phone the tourist office in Exmouth and demand the animal be shot, otherwise we'll take our tourist dollars elsewhere....

What do you reckon?

It's OK to have salties where the aboriginals live, but NOT where I go for my hols every year.

I can't imagine they will let that run around the ocean at the beginning of the Easter school hols. I bet the tourist office have been swamped with calls. I am sure something will be done if it is spotted again. Snorkelling will be an interesting proposition this year.

I reckon you need to toughen the fluk up mate. 3m?, damn we use them for bait up here. I'm off fishing for 5 days at Shady Camp on the Mary River tomorrow. It has the largest concentration of 5m+ salties in the world. Am I worried.....

Tried to get to Coral Bay, but all the sites were full. Can they swim to Kalbarri in a couple of days?

You have to book 12 months in advance, most people (like us) book for the following year while we are there.

I have got to admit I am a little scared myself. We go to Coral Bay every year and spend a LOT of time in the water. I do hope it has buggered off by the time we arrive on Saturday or I will be spending a lot of time in the pub :D
