3 bed semi anyone??
Well the house is up for sale - 6 months for it to go before we do!
But how can 3 estate agents vary in valuations by £15,000??

our valuations differed by £40k, look at houses in the same area and make your own choice as to your asking price.

Hello Muzzman,
Good luck with your house sale, we've just completed today having accepted an offer at the beginning of October, small chain, no problems (other than lousy solicitors) so your timing looks good if our experience is anything to go by.

Out of 6 estate agents from £280k-£450k, average was £380k. Well thats what 3 of them came out with. We went for £380k.
We had a barn renovated, it took 18 months and we moved in for 3 weeks before it went on the market.
