3 Bed House to rent in Frankston
Hi there,
My husband and I have just bought an investment property in frankston....
Obviously we cant afford to pay for 2 mortgages so we are renting it out!! Love the idea of renting to fellow expats!! (we have been out here for 6 months now - and loving it!! (even though its freezing)
Its based in Frankston Heights, (very attractive location)
3 bedrooms,
large kitchen and dining,
2 bathrooms,
very large garden, bbq area a massive shed
parking
Looking at rent of approx $280 per week.
It will be available from mid Sept - Oct 07
(we are also considering (on demand) to fully furnish the property and take a $450pw rent for those expats who want a short term let until their belongings arrive (3 month contract).
Willing to discuss all options!!
