Default 2nd viewing just left and guess what?????????

It was all going swimmingly until husband took them out to the garage. We live in a new Westbury development and the garages are out back in a courtyard. My tosspot neighbours (see other thread) had a crappy old vauxhall 4x4 which has been parked out there for about 8 months without ever moving. Well it moved on Tuesday this week and hasnt been back since. Hubby took viewers out to our garage and there is shattered glass all over the ground where that car was. Words fail me.

Listen mate, if they like your house enough that wont put them off, it's just some broken glass.

Good luck

Oh Lucy, that's awful. How did you explain it? I'm sure that wouldn't put many people of buying if the house was what they were after. If you haven't explained it to them and they come back and ask you could always say someone had had an accident and dropped something!

Fingers crossed for you mate.
