13 week wait and finaly recieve acknowledgement.
Hiya guys,
haven't been on here in a while but good news arrived today and just had to let you all know.
FINALLY RECEIVED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Do we hold the record for the longest wait so far? 13 weeks in total.
Anyway we are over the moon
and are now getting ourselves prepared for the long wait of getting a CO.

Congrats but bear in mind visas are processed faster now than ever before. We, and many others here, were under the old system where you were lucky to get a visa in 18 months+.
Doesnt make it less frustrating but at least thing have changed for the better so people arent on tender hooks for a couple of years.

We are really hopeing that this really is our last British winter. OH already has a job lined up who are thankfully going to keep it open for him as long as we need, and we cant wait to start our new life and settle in to a normal everyday routine (however long that takes).

I've been waiting for my sponsor to start my application for a 457 for the last 9 months !!!
normally takes 10 weeks from start to finish !!!!

We have just come back from a 2 week Reccy.
we sent our Visa application off on 1st October, so just waiting for our acknowledgement now.
