It amazes me that landlords consider pets a hazard, I personally think kids are 10 times worse. Before we moved into our rental the carpets were replaced. The ones before where covered in red juice stains and the walls were drawn over. Lucky for us that even after this they still allowed us to have our lurcher and cat inside. We have just vacated and got all our bond back and we have 3 kids.

Totally agree, our dog does less damage than my 4 year old!!!
