You're in Adelaide aren't you? A hard question to answer i know, but what's the value of a typical, say 3 or 4 bed detached modern house (maybe new build?) in a typically decent enough area down there?

sorry if I am teaching my granny to suck eggs here but here is another quick tool...
If you type in 100000 australian dollars in pounds sterling
into google.com it is converted automatically for you!

We have used it in E.R. to convert 100 millimeters of Mercury into pascals!

I dont know what exchange rate google use but we us this facility all the time!
