English Mass - Ceglie Messapica
 

Mass in English is celebrated all year now in Ceglie Messapica, Puglia. Everyone is welcome to join us - not only those who are Roman Catholic.

Mass is celebrated in the 400 year old church of St Anna in Via Sant'Anna.

Mass is at 12 noon each Sunday. During the summer (July - September) the mass is at 7pm (19,00).

The festival of St Rocco is on the 16 August and for the first time we have an active part in the celebrations. There will be mass in English at 12 noon in the Sanctuary of St Rocco in Ceglie Messapica. The bishop will celebrate mass at 7pm followed by a procession through the city with the statue of St Rocco. A procession on the 17 August returns the statue to the Sanctuary.

On 22 August there will be a mass in English at 7.30pm in the church of San Francesco alla “Sardedda” near Latiano.

Mass will be celebrated Christmas Day with traditional Christmas Carols and hymns. 11.30am in the church of St Anna, Via Sant'Anna, Ceglie Messapica.

Mass is now celebrated every Sunday at 11.30am - all year.

All welcome to join us.

There will be a Christmas concert in St Anna at 7.30pm on 19 December. Tickets €4 at the door.
