Christmas IS coming.
In spite of all the depressing headlines and sad news around, Christmas IS coming.This morning I saw two real turtle doves perched in a real pear tree.There was no sign of the partridge though!So to all forum members, wherever you are, my best wishes to you all for a very merry Christmas, and Happy and Peaceful New Year.

Will have to do some dreaded food shopping in the UK to take my share of the Christmas dinner. Wish my sisters would get my bit and I could just pay them, but they hate the supermarkets too.

Just wanted to wish everybody a Very Merry Christmas and thank you all for your support throughout the year - you're a great bunch and I dunno what I'd have done without you. I've got at least twenty round here for Christmas dinner so as from tomorrow I'm going to be up to my eyeballs in work ..... so take care and have a great time and I'll be back in the NEW Year!

PS: I may not be back after Christmas as I have brought OH a kitchen appliance for her main pressie and it is going to go one of two ways (and option B could involve large amounts of violence
