Moving to Cape Town from the UK
We are thinking of moving to Cape Town from the UK for 2 years. Is Hout Bay a safe place to live? If not where are the best safe places to live need to be not too far from the International School of Cape Town. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Hi,
I registered to reply to you.
Hout Bay is very safe. You will be fine there. As per every area, you do need to make sure that you are secure.
There are however much better schools than the intl school of cape town. Princess Diana's nieces went to Herschel Girls School & her nephew attended Bishops. I attended Somerset College in Somerset West (a lovely place to live) which is co-ed and on par with the aforementioned two.

Thank you for your reply. Regarding schools we were thinking of the International School of Cape town as they follow the English Curriculum and as we plan to return after 2 years this is important. I welcome your thoughts.
