Greetings! I am currently based in the UK but looking to move to Kenya to join my partner who is a Kenyan citizen. Does anyone have any knowledge of a UK to Kenya move? And also, how to start a business or invest in Kenyan property? Thank you

Easier if you, or your partner are citizens.. Working may not be attractive as salaries are quite low.

Salaries are low, traffic is bad. Every Kenyan thinks they can "make a business" - the reality is that it's hard, you'll need a fixer to pay all the bribes off, and you need to make sure that everyone working for you is watched 200% of the time.

Property... hummm, I'd avoid it personally. Land (and not structure) is where the growth seems to be for investing (unlike the UK where we see growth more so in structure than land). Just make sure that you have the title, and you're the only one with a title on a plot.
