Family search – British ENI agent in Pointe-Noire around 2009/2010

I am posting this message as part of an important family matter.

I am looking for information or former contacts regarding a British person known as Stephen G., also called Steven by his friends.

According to the information I have, this person may have been present in the Republic of Congo, particularly in Pointe-Noire, around 2009–2010. He may have been working at that time as an ENI agent, in connection with the oil / offshore / oil services sector.

I am simply trying to find out whether anyone may have known, met or worked with someone matching this profile during that period, or could point me towards former contacts, companies, subcontractors, expat communities, hotels, or professional networks from that time.

This is not a commercial or intrusive request, but only a family and administrative search.

Any information, even very general, that could help guide my search would be greatly appreciated.
